"I would highly recommend Nicole and her team. As a first-time home buyer, I had several questions during each stage of the process. Beginning with our initial phone conversation, Nicole ushered me through the home-buying journey with ease. Working with Nicole was as painless as can be. She is highly responsive, which is something I expected coming from a fast-paced industry. She is available at all hours of the day by phone and text, which is critical in a market that moves quickly. Nicole is also very good with technology - something I can especially appreciate as a younger home buyer. What I valued most about Nicole is that she kept me honest and was never pushy. For example, after I added a few listings to my target list that fell outside my desired geography, she challenged me to think about whether I wanted to spend time there. Relatedly, Nicole never pushed me to look at homes that were outside my price range. Nicole has an entire support team behind her, including a board package expert (Jim) and assistant (Cess) who were both fantastic. But to be clear - Nicole was highly involved every step of the way. Nicole was also an effective liaison between me, the sellers, sellers’ agent, attorneys, and other third parties. She prioritized my concerns and fought for me as a buyer. Most notably, she was able to negotiate an attractive price for me (below ask, which is rare in this market). She successfully fought to incorporate additional seller concessions into the contract which I hadn’t considered, including repair work to the unit prior to my ownership. It was during the negotiating stage where Nicole’s experience really shined through. Nicole has several connections in the broader industry who were crucial to a smooth process. She recommended an attorney and a lender who I ultimately decided to partner with. It was her lending relationship that offered me the most attractive rate. Nicole even gave me recommendations for painters and movers, which is clearly beyond the scope of her role. Lastly, on a personal level, Nicole is down-to-earth, energetic, and fun to work with. She has a unique gift in that she can connect with people of all different backgrounds. I look forward to working with Nicole and her team again when it comes time for my next home purchase"

Being 1st-time buyers in the New York market, Nicole helped us navigate unfamiliar territory and very thoughtfully showed us places that fit our needs. She is so perceptive that she managed to find us the perfect place within a handful of views which saved us a lot of time. Despite multiple offers already in on the apartment we wanted, Nicole refused to let us act on emotion alone and avoided a bidding war. She thoughtfully strategized a negotiation approach with us and was able to secure the apartment for us still under the asking price. Beyond the sale alone she truly delivered a holistic advisory role when it came to finding and buying our home, from recommending lawyers and removalists, to walking us line by line through our board package to ensure we were accepted. Finally, she is always calm and positive and truly a pleasure to work with. She made what could have been an extremely stressful process feel easy. Her generosity and little personal touches were the cherries on the top. Can't recommend her enough to buy or sell your home, she is a consummate professional and at the top of her game."

"I am very happy in my new apt in Chelsea. Nicole figured out quickly exactly what I was looking for and was able to narrow it down for me and show me suitable apartments. She knows the buildings, the supers, the tendencies of management companies - all of this allowed us together to view approx 10 apartments and negotiate for under asking. The management company of the building was flexible on price because there were multiple vacancies; Nicole knew all this already and was confident in helping me negotiate a price below asking. I would not have done that without her experience and expertise. I always questioned whether or not a broker and the cost of a broker were really necessary. I learned that there is real value in having a great broker. I couldn't be happier!"
